3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payment & Refunds
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, deposits, and milestones will be confirmed in your project agreement. Because our work is customized and labor-intensive, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership and rights to the final deliverables agreed in your project scope transfer to you, unless otherwise specified in writing. We retain the right to use non-confidential portfolio examples and generic descriptions of services in our marketing materials, unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. You retain ownership of all source materials you provide to us.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your manuscript, personal information, and project details as confidential. Our team members and contractors are expected to maintain discretion throughout and after your project. Additional non-disclosure terms may be included in your service agreement upon request.
7. Revisions & Approvals
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your quote or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees. Final approval from you is required before we proceed to subsequent production stages or publication steps.
8. Website Use
You may not use our website to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape data without permission, or interfere with the normal operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer
